  Ian and Chris you are worst Wells Fargo employees I’ve ever seen. I asked for the rest room and they just shut the doors of the rest room on front of me. As a customer of Wells Fargo I was so pissed about that. Very bad customer service. They don’t give a “F” about customers, especially those two employees.

  Constantly bad experiences with Wells Fargo... When will this bank enable electronic wore transfers? So last century. They could save time and lots of errors.

  Probably the least positive experience I've had at a Wells Fargo. I called in this afternoon to check to see if they had Mexican pesos available. The man on the phone was briefly confused by what a peso was but did confirm that they were available in store after a brief hold. I said great, I'd be by later in the day to pick those up and the call ended. When I came in later that day I was informed that they could not exchange currency after 5pm which would have been great to know when I called at 4pm. In addition, while I was in line an employee (security guard) kept leering in my direction. I had never had a bad experience at a Wells Fargo before, but I won't be going back to this branch.
