  Jay is my best friend and I used to work with him in the mortgage business. But I can objectively tell you that he's the best broker in the business and trust me, I have met many of them! His #1 priority is to make sure that you're getting the best deal possible based on your needs even if that means him making sacrifices whether it be his time or money. My loan was very complicated due to my business structure, but Jay and his team worked diligently to make sure everything closed on time while also offering a significantly lower rate than all of his competitors.   Jay Sondhi not only performs the various tasks necessary to efficiently complete your mortgage but really does provide you with additional value. With his experience working in the banking and real estate industries you will be able to ask questions and develop an effective strategy. Jay's team is exceptional in performing tasks needed while Jay is always available if needed. I have re-financed with Jay twice now, and recommend him wholeheartedly.

  Jay was absolutely amazing. We worked with him to purchase our first home and he took extra time to ensure we understood every step of the process. In the ultra competitive San Francisco market Jay was quick to respond so we could make our offers as competitive as possible. When it came time to close Jay and his team put in a herculean effort to accelerate closing allowing us to save hundreds a month over the lifetime of our mortgage. And on the day of signing Jay suggested a few changes to our process that allowed us to save even more money. I have no doubt that I will be working with Jay for all our future mortgages.

  We used Jay to refinance our home. Our previous loan terms were a bit unusual, and most banks that we contacted were wary. When we told Jay, though, he listened to our entire situation, and got back to us in a day whether or not they might be able to refinance the loan (without making any fake promises). It turns out they could. Jay and his team made the entire process easy to understand, and let me know when I was missing something. He was quickly available by email or telephone (or by person if I wanted).
