  Car was very dirty outside and not very clean inside. They don’t have a car wash and vacuum area at this location. The guy tried to hose wash it, but it didn’t make it clean at all. Had to go to car wash and pay myself. Also, the wiper blades were not replaced since the factory installed. They smear the water. NOTE: Plz have your OWN “SUN PASS” transponder if traveling south. Otherwise they will charge you for every toll $4, when it costs 35 to 70 cents! Plz avoid this place for rental if possible.

  My last experience with budget was not good, I used the airport location and I tell you, the wait was extremely long on my pickup and return. They only had one person handling the customers and each customer took forever. I could go on and on but I will spare the readers viewing this post.

  Dedicated and conscientious manager Craig works this location inside the Lexington Hotel. Never a problem to rent here. Craig has a great ability to remember his clients so they keep coming back! And now I will too, I have a corporate account with Enterprise but no need to use it now. There is no competition for this team. He works side by side with Avis manager Greg they both show genuine attentiveness to their clients needs.

  This was one of the easiest, most hassle-free car rental experiences I've had in my life. The employees who helped us were friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly. Because they were out of Economy cars, we received a very nice upgrade at no extra charge. The car was clean, ran great, and made our road trip even more fun. Excellent gas mileage. My husband and I will definitely be returning to this location for future car rentals.
