  Terrible customer service. I arrived for my 8am prepaid reserved minivan pickup to be told that the person that rented before me extended her rental by 2 hours and I would have to come back. No apology was given and no alternate solution. I then came to return the rental 9 days later to find a note on the door stating that they are temporarily out of the office and will return shortly. I have been waiting 45 minutes so far. Never again!
