  So much for “we’ll pick you up.” I recently rented a car through the NAS location and the service was awful. Not only would there be no representatives available during my pick-up or drop-off time, I’ve been waiting for my receipt for 3 weeks without so much as a call. I have made multiple calls to the office, requesting to speak to the manager, with no response. Even after talking to a representative, I was told the manager would return my call; he didn’t. I finally was able to get a receipt online to find out I was charged all of the additional insurances without my consent. A $150 rental is now $300. This was on top of being forced to accept 1 additional day because the satellite location won’t pick up cars on a Sunday. I’ll be skipping this location in the future.

  Curt, the Assistant Manager provided excellent customer service, often beyond and above the call of duty. Definitely ask for him.
