  First, it is closed four days a week; thereby school children do not have enough access. Secondarily, the computers were donated by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to benefit the community yet are only available three days a week. Patrons are limited to one hour of use, regardless that no other person is waiting. Third, the employees of the library are completely enclosed behind plexiglass with only a small opening in which to converse. A library should be inviting, especially to children.
