  Every time I come here they ruin my entire experience. This is now my second time coming to print my labels and they allow other people to use MY paper I bring it and purchase with my money for myself . I do not get reimbursed nor does my paper get replaced . I run a business and they literally put me more than a day behind every visit.

  Benbrook to me is a hidden gem! I have had great experiences the few times I've visited! I love the conference room, this is much more of a reason that I enjoy visiting! On top of the kids area. When bringing my teen son to the library with twin toddlers with loads of energy has been difficult until Benbrook!! I can bring all my kids and Benbrook's kids area keeps my toddlers calm when their attention leaves from books and goes toward boredom. They don't run around screaming because they are generally content with all of the activities available in the kids area. My husband is at home with all the things that keep him entertained too, like the chess game Lol or the 3D printing /engraving room! Love it!

  I'll will go outta my way and I mean to Oklahoma to a library before I ever return to that one, all staff is friendly yes but you got that one person that messes it up for the whole place, the older lady really should retire if she doesn't like her job, all I did was ask how much was it for copies on copier and she told me rudely and said if I need any more help to go to him and pointed at guy over from her, so I finished doing what I needed and went to the guy to pay and leave and I said let me guess she's the only one who take's the money, he said yes, so I go to pay and she didn't say a word to me and no thank u, have a good day, nothing, so if u call that a friendly librarian you must truly be from Benbrook cuz seems like if you grew up here your sh:t don't stink, figure of speech and don't go for all FYI

  Went to the Benbrook Library today to use their wonderful new poster printer. Erica, the librarian in charge of programming was incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. This public library is an excellent resource for our community!

  The plus size lady with the short reddish hair and glasses and her badge says youth coordinator on it (I didn't see her name) was very rude and basically pushed me out the door and sucked at helping me use the engraving machine. A random man who came in helped me more than she did. She helped everyone else but me and even told the lady ahead of me she has time to do more engraving even though she was on the machine for roughly 2.5 hours. And when she did attempt to help she acted like I should know the ins and outs of that machine. She also told me I need to work on what I want to engrave at home because people are waiting after I asked a simple question. I even told her I waited 2 hours!!!!! To use the machine and she was like "oh well others are waiting" and those 2 people who were waiting had literally just come in ten-fifteen minutes after I finally had my chance at the machine. Very unprofessional and she shouldn't work at such a basic job since she doesn't know how to act appropriately towards customers. Steve was very helpful and very friendly. I will go back to use the machine but only during the time he is there. He's great! I'll edit this if I see the lady again so I could include her name. Maybe she needs to retrained.
