  I went to the library with my infant baby girl. Her diaper needed to be changed so I proceeded to go look for a restroom. To my surprise there were no baby changing stations available. I then went to the help desk and asked if there were any changing station for me to change my baby. The lady then tells me to go upstairs and see if there is perhaps a changing station there. I go up to check and there was not. I go back downstairs with my baby and ask her if I can please change my baby in one of the leather seats using a changing pad. She then tells me to please go and change my baby on the bathroom counter. The problem is the bathroom counter is wet, the bathrooms do not have hand paper towels. I then show her how wet the counter is and how there is no paper to clean the area, not the mention that it is a very hard surface and not a secure area to change my baby because there is no belt for me to use after I change her so I can wash my hands. I was very upset but had no choice but to change her on it because the worker had no sympathy nor consideration for my situation. Very upsetting. Please make the library a safe environment for mother's and fathers to change their baby's diapers as needed.

  The Central Library is one of the best kept secrets in Fort Worth! The experience from the building to customer service is a treasure chest. Get the full experience and you will be reading more than you ever plan. The exhibits that are on display is great too!

  Beautiful facility. First time in the intermediate and advanced Spanish classes - super grateful these are available! Found my new happy place.

  I love this place! It's about a block from where I live. I typically reserve books online to get access to books at their other locations. I can pick up my items at the front desk. The process takes very little time and is very convenient. The personnel here are some of the sweetest people I know! This library is one of the best things downtown Fort Worth has going!
