Went in and left about 5 minutes later. Roberto was courteous and helped with what I need perfectly. Didn't get the tellers name but she was as sweet as could be. Good people.

I just came from this location. I had cash in hand to make a deposit into a colleague’s account. They refused to take cash. They refused to sell me a money order because I don’t have an account there. So I can go around the corner to 7-Eleven and purchase a money order to deposit but they will not take cash? I’ve never heard of a bank that doesn’t take cash. That seems kind of stupid.

Came in at 2:45PM to cash a check all the drive thru lanes are closed and the bank is still open it’s no the first time they usually have their drive their lanes closed. Their parking lot is so small I had to park in the handicap parking spot since everyone has to get off. They need to hire more people I have to come to this one all the time just because it’s by my house but they always have two people one teller and one in the entrance at a desk. They are nice but this is just so wrong they need to have the customers in and out everyone always looks so frustrated and ai understand them why.

Never had a problem with staff, or services, but these wait times are ridiculous. I've worked in the food industry for 2 years in nearly every position....being on top of things, and accomplishing the duties in a timely manner is a top priority, that is clearly not present at this location. This location is open 9hrs TOPS, restaurant workers can go 12+ hours with no break (not including full hours or closing duties if applicable) It seems as if at times this is a company problem as other locations can suffer from the same. With all due respect this location needs to, "get with the program".
