Bank location has a small parking lot. There is always a wait. For a downtown location they should have more tellers working. Staff is nice. I would not visit this location if it were not for work.

Took out their drive-thru. They also have virtual tellers inside during business hours that allow you to conduct business with a teller electronically via video ATM. Real tellers are also inside. Also, be cautious about your security around the bank.

Do not bank at this branch. Least helpful people work here. Go anywhere else.

Simply horrible service. The ATM outside ate my card and did not give it back. I went the next day to get a replacement card and they had no type of empathy towards the issue just a "uh okay". When they issued me my temporary card i was told to go to the ATM with Teller assist and activate it. I inserted my card and put my pin to be told my card is invalid. I let the same person who issued it to me know that it did not work and she said "when did you come in?" As of she did not know who I was. Just bad service at this location and I would not recommend anyone to go here. I'm opening another bank account elsewhere where I will have a more reliable card and bank to which i can turn to when things like this happen.

The person who claims to have been at this location 1 week ago from August 14, 2016, asserts that there are no live tellers there. Yes. There are live tellers. I've used both the video teller service and their in person tellers. No problem. In fact, their ATM'S located in the branch now allow you to withdraw the exact amount of money that you want from your account. They have coin dispensers and you can withdraw for example $6,.23. You're no longer tied to withdrawing funds in $20 increments. There was a period of time a couple of months back when they did not have in person tellers. They do now.
