::I opened an account with this bank on line. I put money in the account it TAKES 2 WEEKS before you receive a debit card. ONE agent will say ONE thing and the other will say another. THERE is not enough agents in the bank. THERE are extended waits. It took me an hour to see a banker who could not help me.
