  I just left this bank after waiting for 40 min for a banker to help me... there was only one teller and one banker and when I got up to ask the banker if it would be any longer because I had already used my lunch hour he said I was interrupting his client! It was a simple question since he had taken almost an hour already and I had to get back to work. ... He said well come back and make an appointment. Seriously!! Will never go back to this branch. Couldn't se3 his name but he looked gay.

  Staff was absolutely helpful. Got a loan that only took minutes. Opened new accounts a couple weeks ago & again very helpful. Gladly switched over from B of A.

  If you are looking for a bank with good service - look somewhere else. If I could give this a rating of 0 - I would. Flora Orellana (purportedly the assistant manager) refused to provide me with a number for corporate location and refused to provide me with her manager when she could not assist me with a mistake that was made by the bank. Then, she decided to hang up on me. I will be removing all my money and business from this bank and going elsewhere.
