  After my income tax depoist is finished I am finished with this bank. I try to use their night depoist, let's say its 3 in the afternoon and it still hasn't hit my account. This is a total inconvenience cause I didn't have the funds to purchase or pay my bills today! Now I need to go to work and I can't go inside to handle it. Now the other locations are on their job. They are not going to tell you they was too busy to check the night depoist. So just screw me and my money that was there before they opened so I was the first one in line. So yeah after my income taxes..I am done. They need better night depoist options.

  Don't waste your time! It's not the employees, the overall bank sucks!!

  1st convenience is a pretty terrible bank but this branch is half way decent, generally the tellers and bankers at this location are great though most don't stay long... Probably end up getting jobs at real banks

  This branch location (Lemmon) should serve as the "model" for all the rest! The bankers are exceptionally well versed in listening to individual financial profiles/needs and recommending the most appropriate banking and account options. They were professional, efficient and promoted complete confidence in the process. I opened a new account with Bre' and left with a new respect for 1st National. Thank you Bre, Princess, and Diana... you all make one awesome team!
