  I have always had good experiences with this Banfield (I have also been to the ones on Shepherd and 610 at 59). I really like both vets. They are extremely helpful and clearly care about my fur babies. They have worked with me on my cats chronic illness (hyperthyroidism) and been very responsive especially through email. The front desk personnel and techs have all been great as well.

  They didn't care about the dog. The dog had ear sensitivity after ear cleaning. Wait time with an appointment is ridiculous hours of waiting to see someone. Very expensive even with the plan. They ripped us off for not vaccinating the dog and charge us for it anyway. They said that the plan had expired and it was not. Very bad place. Never again.

  Paid close to $500 for shots & to have my dog spayed. NO pet recovery cone provided or available in the store. SMH

  Very professional and friendly. I seriously do not understand why there are negative reviews. The negative reviews I've read seem to come from people that do not realize that Banfield is only a preventative care clinic for pets or that they're expected to be treated like royalty. They must not read the fine print on the things that they offer. Nonetheless the wellness plan does pay for itself if used properly and regularly. Thumbs up for this place.

  I've been bringing my pup here on the Wellness Plan for six months and have never had a problem. Everyone is friendly (particularly Ashley), it's new and clean, they're open seven days a week, and you effectively get free daycare when you drop off your pet in the morning.
