I had to give 1 star simply because I could not give negative 5 or even 0! This place does NOT care about the animals only the ridiculous amounts of money they charge. They refused to see my pets there because they simply took a disliking to me and the manager kept changing the excuse(reason) as to why I could not have my dog get a check up unless I came in with a certain amount of money!

As long-term clients, we love this vet clinic.

Still trying to recover after their recent incident. New Vets are engaging, operations are efficient except they do not have all the required equipment as before. Wanted to send me to another clinic for an x-ray which meant establishing myself as a new client in an office I probably would never visit again and was not even close to my home. Check out Oak Forest Veterinary if you're looking for a business that can accommodate most of your needs.

THANK YOU! My cat has chronic urinary tract problems, which will always require prescription food and I was recently bullied in Dallas by a vet who would not write a prescription for an outside source of the food my cat needs. Montrose Vet Clinic not only happily wrote me a long term prescription for my cat with just a basic visit, but they also helped me by letting me pay over the phone for services since my kitty was only on a layover in Houston with my sister when he ran out of food. It almost makes me wish I lived back in Houston so that I could continue getting such excellent animal care. Thanks a million! Thanks for putting the animals first!! (PS, it's been almost 7 months since this happened and I still feel this grateful. They were straight up amazing!)

This is my first time for Bongo to see the vet. The doctor was very knowledgeable and caring! She also prescribed a few medications for his health which are working right now so far. The atmosphere of it is friendly and tidy. I also had soft paws done on Bongo, but a few fell off so I went back to the clinic to get new ones but they clipped them too short. So they refunded me the money for the ones that could not have soft paws which helped. All in all, I'm definitely taking Bongo back. This place is great for him!
