  I had a really bad experience with this store. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!! we had a medical emergency and needed help; the owner was rude and he wasn’t welling to work with us at all. Really bad costumer service. Once they get your money they do not care at all; and they will do whatever they can to suck more money out of you. They also have awful prices and the worst owner ever!! IF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LOCAL COSTUMERS, YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE SUPPORTED BY THEM!!

  I rent here very often for work and have never had any trouble. They have always been friendly and helpful. sometimes there might be a little wait but its a small rental hub and they were busy for only having two employees working at that time.

  BJ at the counter was the rudest most unpleasant associate. Upon returning the vehicle, he never spoke one single word to me and gave me dirty looks across the counter, the weirdest experience I've ever had! eww

  That Jaimi lady is an idiot. People are such babies and act like retards over little things. These people at Avis are AWESOME and I will be back!!!

  My husband and I usually rent a car five or six time a year. For many years now, we have chosen to rent from Avis on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth. The associates there are always friendly and helpful while also being very professional. The cars are always clean and ready to go and checking in is quick and efficient without making us feel like we are being rushed. And the value is the best we have ever found. I couldn't ask for a better experience and look forward to working with them and Avis again in July! Thanks for many years of excellent service!
