  I rented a Dodge Minivan and it was great. flat folding seats which is what I needed for cargo space. The staff at the South Hulen St in Fort Worth TX are always very helpful and friendly. I have been renting from this location for over 10 years and they have never let me down. I highly recommend

  Everyone is very friendly and helpful when it comes to your concerns. My husband and I only return to places where we are treated with good customer service and this is one of the places we will be returning to when we need a rental vehicle.

  Went to pick up rental per an Insurance claim and was told they had no vehicles although I saw a ton in the lot. I asked where I could go and if they could confirm availability for me and I was just handed a stack of papers with other locations phone numbers, GREAT customer service.

  Be careful when you walk around the car for damages before you pick up. I got a car and returned it in 24 hours. When I returned the car, the same agent who rented it out to me found a tiny crack in the front bumper near the license plate as soon as she started to check the car. I did not hit the car and I kept it in a safe parking lot whole day. They initiated the paperwork process. It is also weird to deal with a new, novice agent each time I rent a car as a loyal customer. Sometimes it takes me 20 minutes with a new agent whereas experienced agent handles the whole process in 5 min to get a car.

  I’ve had great service when I’ve used enterprise on my vacations so I trusted it would be the same here at home. Well it was terrible representative told us the vehicle wasn’t available all they could offer us is a smaller vehicle or a truck. We wanted a big car that’s what we were looking for so she said that what she could do is get a car they were working on and we’d have to come get it later well we did and we came back they offered us a smaller vehicle that was so dirty had bird stains everywhere. We saw a impala and asked if that would be available they said let’s check they wanted to charge us extra for the impala when the truck would be available for the same price. Makes absolutely no sense. The most frustrating part was the time and trips wasted we were happy with them trying to find us that car at first and when we realized the car was there and never moved since the first time we were there just makes you mad such a waste of time.
