::I had to rent a car here because my car was in the shop from a collision caused by another driver. I'm a young guy and I don't rent a lot of cars. When I was ready to checkout, the salesman recommended that I get partial insurance to cover anything that my insurance doesn't cover like door dings and window chips. He said 'Its only 13 dollars'. I asked '13 dollars per week? 13 dollars per month? 13 dollars for what?'. He says 'No, just 13 dollars'. I said 'a one time fee?'. He said 'Yes'. The correct response to that question should have been '13 dollars per day'. 22 days later I expected to pay my bill of 13 dollars but instead had a non-refundable 315 dollar bill. Congrats Hertz. You scammed a first time customer. Calvin is the name of the store manager who scammed me. I'm sure he gets commission for scamming people. I emailed his boss Brandi but didn't get a reply. I'm guessing she was pretty happy to hear that Calvin had successfully scammed a new young customer. I'm never going back to Hertz.

::Did not enjoy my experience. Had to get a rental due to an accident. The 1st car they gave me was fine. A nice little SUV. Noticed later that it had a bad oil leak. When taking it back was told that if I had "some time on my hands" i could take it over to Midas myself. Um..no. I had to go into work and 2nd that should not have been my responsibility. I made sure to vacuum and clean it out first. The only car supposedly available was this little bitty Nissian. It was okay but they gave it to me with only a half a tank of gas and it was dirty on the inside. I'm returning it a lot cleaner than given to me! The car itself had so many door bings and stratches that I took pics of everything so they wouldn't blame me. Not only that but this car also sounded it had problems. It would chug sitting at idle. This location does not take good care of their car's maintenance. Should i need another rental car, NOT getting it from here.

::I reserved a car, set my time for 9am, and got there at 8:18. Was told the car was not there, they were out getting it. When I asked for another car was charged the extra $80.00 for the upgrade.I did not feel as though I should be charged for a rental that only has a few cars stocked in the their fleet, since it's your" busy time "as they were quoting, stock 2, instead of 0. I shouldn't have to wait for a car to be picked up and delivered there, when I had reserved it in advance. Called the customer service number on the rental envelope and they were avoiding the issue as well. Asked for their manager this morning and he wasn't in, so I'm done with them. They were not customer friendly.

::They nickel and dime you on everything, aggressive upsell on extra coverage and more exspensive car. When we refused upsell they brought us a car that had been broken into had damage to trunk and driver door from attempts to break in. Dented in several spots. Felt like we were dealing with ghetto rent a car.
