  This regular practice of billing people for fuel when they have fueled the car and provided a receipt for fueling the car, led me to end my 13 year old gold member status. I believe they are intentionally over billing customers and making the refund process so difficult with the hope of gaining money they did not earn. In my opinion, this is theft and I can't wait to join a class action suit against Hertz for these deceptive practices.

  The worst experience ever. This location has unprofessional staff. I picked up a dirty Nissan Rogue for a month long rental for an extended trip in Dallas/Fort Worth. The car was filthy and on empty. The service engine lights were on and low tire pressure warning. I circled back around to get a second Rogue, also filthy and on empty. Upon return to the location today, they charged me 300.00 to clean the vehicle. I literally had to have it cleaned to be able to drive it for a month when I got it. I took detailed pictures and plan to disputed the excessive 300.00 charge for something I didn’t do. The staff is terrible, rude, unprofessional and clearly have no interest in providing any customer service at all. The cars appear to be high mileage cars that have not been serviced along the way. Do not rent from this location.

  In and out in under 3 min. Car was ready clean and full of gas. Oh yeah was a 2018 Malibu with satellite radio and Apple Play for easy sync.

  stole money from us. we were sent there by the other person's insurance company. they told us to send in our insurance declaration page to prove that we had full coverage so that they did not need to charge us for additional insurance. then, they charged us anyway, 3 weeks after we returned the car. she explained that "it is just easier that way in case something happens, we don't have to go through your insurance company". how is that easier? that's why i pay for my insurance. and then won't return phone calls. do yourself a favor and call enterprise!

  Great staff, easy to find location in downtown Fort Worth. Easy, quick rental, accommodating, friendly staff. In case I did not mention it the staff is wonderful and quite friendly. Only my second non airport rental at hertz. More than I expected in every way.
