  We loved this hotel so much! I should start by saying that if you're looking for the "grand hotel" experience with lots of ameneties and modern comforts (gym, continental breakfast, etc), this place is not for you. However, if you're looking for a really lovely, authentic New Orleans hotel experience, this is your jam. The place is really gorgeous and has a very historic feel to it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, even the smaller one that a few members of our group stayed in. My sisters and I landed an upper corner room, which was so enormous, it even had a sitting room! They offer coffee/tea/hot chocolate/orange juice and warm croissants for breakfast in the morning, which you can either take in your room or in the amazing little courtyard out back. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The location is really perfect for French Quarter adventuring, too! Will definitely be a repeat guest the next time we're in town!

  This visit was only a one night stay, but I will definitely be checking Andrew Jackson's room availability for my next visit. The comforter and pillows were really comfortable and the staff, especially Jasmine, was great. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop Bar is right around the corner and Jackson Square is maybe 5 blocks away. Great place to stay.

  Perfect for a weekend adventure in Nola! Great hotel staff, beautiful historic room. Comfortable. Only advice would be to serve a croissant or pastry instead of the dinner roll in the morning. They weren't very tasty. Changed it from 4 to 5 stars bc I'd go again and take my own croissant!

  There were four of us who stayed in a double bed room. Very cute decor, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, maintenance men were all friendly and helpful, and the location was great! However, you only get one croissant/glass of juice per person unless you specify more. We also didn’t receive the breakfast order form 2/3 nights we were there. You also have to pay for valet ($44/night) because there is no parking, and you’re at risk of being towed if you park on the street. The water pressure and hot water for showers was also non-existent. All in all, not a bad place to stay.
