This is our first time here and we had the best experience . I am picky about my Italian food. And as a small and unpretentious place it makes you feel like you are in Italy eating at a Trattoria when it comes to the flavors. The marinara sauce is one of the best I have had. The Emilia salad was perfectly dressed. And the Italian ricotta cheesecake pie was so well balanced in terms of richness and sweetness. Definitely we will be back and we recommend it!

The lady who took our order went back into kitchen and was licking some kind of sauce off all her fingers. After seeing this happening not just once but twice we decided to alert the management. No one seemed alarmed. The owner/management even came over and said she wanted to "clarify" that the lady wasn't preparing our meal, but the gentleman was. I said "ok, but she is still handling food that is going to be consumed by guests." I was floored! They literally didn't think it was a big deal At all.

It was so good yesterday I went back again today. I had the pumpkin ginger soup and a harvest salad today, yesterday it was the soup and 1/2 a sandwich. The soup was hot and very tasty. The bread on the sandwich was crusty, just like in Italy, with great tasting cheese and sliced pork, the salad was a combination of Fargo, chick pea, beets and butternut squash on field greens with a delicious olive oil dressing. All, super delicious. If I lived in town I'd go more often. Sadly I leave tomorrow.

It's a nice small place. Tried their tomato soup and it's really good. Staff is nice and helpful.
