  I ordered online from this location through the Panera app and made some substitutions for my food due to a medical dietary restriction, my food came completely wrong and now I physically cannot eat it. I tried to call but the phone continuously disconnected after a few rings. Very upsetting.

  Ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich online, the food was ready on time when I got there and really good, but it came in two tiny sandwich “halves” so order the full sandwich if your hungry.

  Okay two star because I had great customer service and also they were patient and helped me with my order. So I got the spicy chicken sandwich and my side was a soup. Start off with the soup which was great and then I went on to my sandwich, I took finally looked down because the texture wasn’t right and I wish I hadn’t. I felt bad for my coworker because she saw me spit everything out 💀🤣. The chicken breast doesn’t look fully cooked or sat in blood… idk

  I love Panera. This location is my boyfriend’s and my favorite place to eat. We love going there. It has been on point in the past. The last two times we have ordered delivery the food took longer than the time quoted by only 5 mins yet the food was cold as if it hasn't been heated at all. This location do better. I hope things get sorted out, I want to continue being a patron.
