::Is there anything better than warm cookies? This takes me back to college. The cookies are gooey and absolutely delicious. And now you can add ice cream too! I will say, while both the ice cream and cookie were awesome, I probably wouldn't put ice cream on top of the cookie again because it made the cookie harder than it usually would be. I got the snickerdoodle cookie with blueberry cream pie ice cream. Both were incredibly delicious flavors. I will never be able to walk by here without stopping in for a warm, gooey cookie!

::Insomnia cookies is absolutely the best thing to ever happen to cookies. The cookies are to die for and the late night service is a plus. The staff at this location definitely hate their jobs but the taste of these cookies make up for any bad customer service . I would definitely give Insomnia Cookies a call next time it’s 2am and you have a craving. So delicious!!

::Insomnia Cookies's customer service is beyond lacking. I placed an order for Valentine's Day as a surprise for my husband. The order was supposed to be delivered between 10-12. I texted my husband around 12:30 to ask if he had gotten a delivery. He said no, but he had missed some calls. I checked Insomnia Cookies's online tracker, and it said that my order had been delivered. I called their customer service line to find out what was going on. The lady I spoke with told me that they had attempted to reach my husband, but could not, so they left with the order. I questioned why the order would be marked delivered if that was the case. She said that their system will mark an order delivered when it is taken out for delivery, even if it isn't received. I also asked her why they didn't try to contact me if they weren't able to reach my husband. She told me that they emailed me. I never received an email from them, so she just lied to me. I told her I still wanted the cookie delivered, and she said that it might be a while, but said it would be sent out again. The cookie didn't end up getting delivered until 6:00. I contacted the corporate office through Facebook. They offered no solutions and were just as useless as the call center. I would suggest staying far away from this place.

::This place is terrible. You could go to the store and buy flour and sugar and make a cookie faster than this company. Do not ever order from here. I tried to talk to customer service but they first hung up on me. Then they talked over me. They could not return my money, so I contacted my bank and claimed this as fraudulent charge form a fraudulent company. Hailey on the phone tossed a coupon at me saying it would still be a while. \ WHY DOES TAKE OVER 3 HOURS DELIVER A COOKIE ON A SUNDAY IN CHARLOTTE. DO NOT USE INSOMNIA COOKIES!

::Insomnia cookies as a company is great, but this location needs a lot of work!! My husband and I USED to order cookies and ice cream here all the time. Then, they started messing up the orders. Not just messing up, calling and harassing us. A delivery guy was rude to us, so we called insomnia (the company) and they gave us a coupon. Okay, no worries. The next thing that happens when we order again, the delivery girl who is on the phone with us is asking for directions and has NO idea we live (even though the address is listed RIGHT on the order). Mind you, we get insomnia ALL THE TIME. It took her a good 30 minutes to actually find our apartment and my husband had to stand outside in the cold. Wow. The last incident happened last night (black Friday) this location calls us to say they have no drivers and can't deliver to us. What? Seriously? I know it was black Friday but this is just ridiculous. We spend so much money here, and you would think that they care about repeat customers. Obviously not. At this point, I will never order from this location (or company) again. At least until they get new staff. Awful, awful, awful service.
