  If you are looking for a warm, cozy and welcoming yoga studio in Croton, YogaSol is the place. As a yoga student for some 40 years I was delighted when owner, Alexa Wolkoff took over the studio when the previous owner moved on. I attend classes several times a week practicing with various teachers who offer different yoga disciplines. Each teacher is a joy to work with. There are classes for all levels of yoga students. In the heart of the village after classes you can walk across the street to The Black Cow and meet a friend for coffee, tea, and light snacks. 🙏🏼

  I am deeply grateful to have such a great yoga studio in our town. It's very personal and offers such a wide variety of classes that I always struggle to decide which one to go too. However, no matter which class I take I always leave the place with a feeling of peacefulness, ease and love for the whole world. The teachers are very caring, supportive, competent and able to adjust the practice to fit every person's needs no matter what their aches and restrictions are. Namaste!

  I’ve been attending classes here regularly for 4 years. It’s a beautiful cozy studio with a warm and welcoming environment. Such a terrific group of knowledgeable teachers. I always leave Yoga Sol feeling so peaceful and content. It’s so worth my time and money.
