  I’ve been coming to devotion yoga studio for a few weeks now and I love it !! Kundalini yoga has been the perfect combination of stretching and meditation for helping my bad back . My 1st go at yoga I thought I couldn’t do it but Pritam Bani is so patient in her teaching and makes even the modifications make a difference. You always walk in feeling warm and welcome And leave feeling at peace and relaxed. I agree everyone in the area come and check it out
