::Everyone at this branch is very friendly and helpful. Every time I go in I'm greeted by just about every employee.

::I can not speak highly enough about Chadwick. We came in to get information about used car loans and found out Wells Fargo doesn't do them through the actual bank but through the dealer. He instead educated us honestly on the used car market and how to get the best deal. I highly recommend Chadwick to anyone.

::Lunch time for this Branch Manager is 11.40 AM. They need appointment even though there is No one in the Branch waiting. They will not open a new account for the existing customer (over 20 years) also.

::I went here on a Saturday (my usual branch isn't open on Saturdays) and predictably, the place was crowded which is fine. I needed to see a banker and I stood near the door for 15 minutes looking for someone to ask what I was there for and get me checked into line. However, various bankers kept passing by me without looking or even bothering to ask what I was there for. It wasn't until I'd made a loud remark to another customer (who'd arrived after me) that I was surprised that no one had even bothered to greet us, ask what we were there for and register our presence that one of the bankers, being annoyed by loud remark, brusquely asked me what I needed. I can't help but think that there are so many ways this situation could have been bettered... the simplest being having a sign-in sheet at the front where customers can write down their names and reason for visit, and thus be assured of being taken care of at some point. Instead, customers are made to stand aimlessly at the door for long minutes before anyone bothers to acknowledge them and find out what they're there for. The interaction with the banker was adequate. He was unable to help me much with my situation (an unusual hold on a check deposit for 10 business days), but that may very well have been because it was beyond his authority. With all the problems Wells Fargo has recently had with its reputation resulting from its doubtful business practices, I'd have thought that they'd try a little harder to gain and retain the goodwill of their remaining customers through superior customer service at the branch. I'm disappointed for sure.
