  The service here is SO SLOW that I can easily write this review while standing on line IN the bank itself. And I mean SSSLLLOOOOOWWW. Reserve at least 45 minutes in your day to get even one thing done here. They could care less that the line is long and there are never more than two tellers working at one time.

  More kindness and patience needs to be worked on with employees here, branch and service management. Needs more positive energy, this branch i feel as a employee they are not nice.. as i have witnessed observing others.

  I cannot express my gratitude to the employees here that took their time and did their due diligence to resolve my issues. WF Online Services is TRASH. Speak to people in person and your issue will be resolved. Given the volume at this branch, staff are friendly and get you to a banker in a timely fashion. Spanish-speaking staff (and Amharic-speakers!) are readily available too👍🏾

  There is always a friendly greeting when entering branch. The tellers are very courteous and professional. They greet you by your name and can answer your questions quickly and accurately. I recommend this branch if you looking for a new bank or an existing Wells Fargo customer.

  Even though it's very difficult to believe, they offer free notary services to the general public at Wells Fargo! Amazing. Ricardo helped me out this day and was very attentive and professional. If I ever need a new bank, I will certainly remember the great customer service attitude of Wells Fargo Bank. :)
