::Was towed from location for $120. They used their guest parking from a close by complex and was never notified properly they discontinued this. The bank let me talk to the head manager and i was told to give feedback online and the issue was not handled and staff treated the incident as a joke smiling snickering and wishing i had a great day as i walked out. Bad service, lost $120 and was an awful experience. Made me reconsider being a customer at Wells Fargo and will only return to follow up to help others in my situation.
