  One star is way too much for this branch, everyone is ignorant and they treat you like you have their money , not the other way around. So try to avoid them

  Thought we were going to wait longer to get a paper notarized, but we were in and out in less than 5 minutes.

  Was towed from location for $120. They used their guest parking from a close by complex and was never notified properly they discontinued this. The bank let me talk to the head manager and i was told to give feedback online and the issue was not handled and staff treated the incident as a joke smiling snickering and wishing i had a great day as i walked out. Bad service, lost $120 and was an awful experience. Made me reconsider being a customer at Wells Fargo and will only return to follow up to help others in my situation.
