::Overstaffed bankers but understaffed tellers resulting in horrible and poor service. The bank manager for this place is an utter joke. Takes over an hour to get anything done because they always have one teller at the window. ADD MORE TELLERS OR HAVE SOMONE AVAILABLE TO JOIN AND EXPEDITE TELLER TRANSACTIONS. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Replace the bank manager with someone who knows what they are doing and add more tellers to the window.

::Went in today and had great customer service. I thought my account might have been hacked, and Seth helped me look over my account and even called customer service to put a temporary block. He was very patient. The host at the front was smiling and warm. The teller was friendly and fast! Thank you all for making my day better!!!!

::Decent bank and friendly bankers but one particular banker came up to me without my consent and started asking me what I wanted while standing right above me I feel like I was being racially profiled he was giving me a hard stare and he made me really nervous to the point where I was kinda Shakey other than that the other bankers where great to talk I appreciate their cooperation but I was not talking to the particular banker who seemed to ask me questions that I did not want to answer out loud while giving me such an offensive look ,I honestly do not complain about being racially profiled but this particular time I felt as if I was

::Wow, just Wow. The new bi-lingual teller is the absolute worst of any I have ever dealt with anywhere. Have her the benefit of the doubt the first few times, but she, every single time spends quadruple the amount of time with customers not resolving anything than any other teller in the world probably. She is so bad it’s Embarrassing for her and the branch. Been coming here for 4 years every week and am always in and out but this is now 4 weeks in a row of a major line gathering because of her. Nothing is ever easy and smooth with her. Always a process and makes me want to never deal with her
