  ITS RIGHT OPPOSITE THE BUS STATION 23T. Very commutable. Has parking. Nearby eating joints. Wells Fargo. Beat bank so far.

  I find them efficient, friendly and helpful for most matters. One of their staff members helped me find a home equity line of credit to replace my existing one, which has saved me a lot of money over the years and for which I'm truly grateful. My one quibble concerns the time when the branch manager told me I wouldn't be able to complete an overseas wire transfer with the information I had. I knew he was wrong and went to another Wells Fargo branch, where the transfer was done without incident. Wells Fargo online banking works very well, and online check deposit with my mobile phone is a big convenience. I'm pleased with this bank.

  The worst experience ever every time I have to go and cash checks there. Be prepared to waste half an hour of your life when you need to cash the checks and do not have an account with them. First of all the teller are not allowed to handle it , after staying in line you will be send to sit down with one of their other associates who will ask you 10 questions why don't you have an account with them. Second of all, their policy is to call and verify the checks with the owner of an account would make sense is the check was for any significant amount and not a few hundred dollars. And the same story every time.
