::This location is getting worse by the minute. The employees are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Not only are the lines unnecessarily long, but the customers are always patronized. Once you encounter an issue and require assistance, this bank has you going back and forth. On top of that, It’s absolutely disheartening to see associates serving disadvantaged communities with such arrogance. Respect the diverse backgrounds of your Black & Brown communities. Help them instead of always trying to outsource your work. This bank obviously has issues with how they incentivize their employees meaning they learned NOTHING from their class action lawsuits and still prioritize company gains over ethics.

::Service is extremely slow. Not sufficient tellers open. Seems as this community doesn’t deserve fast efficient service. Usual wait for a deposit between 25-30min. this is a work deposit, I don’t have access to an ATM card. I understand every customer deserves individual attention, there should be more tellers open to expedite the wait. This is not my first choice for banking, they don’t value the customers time.
