::Opened a Premiere checking and savings account with $15,000 so that I don’t get charged the $25 monthly service fee Well guess what? They charged jt anyway and when I told the manager she said it was because I don’t use my accounts much When I tried to close the account I was told they don’t have the $15,000 and it would take 90 days or more to put it in my account 90 days later and I can only withdraw $400 so now it’s $14,600 that I have to wait on and was told it’d be another 3-6 months and they cannot waive the monthly service fees either I’m not mad

::This is a very busy location. It is understaffed. I went in to this Chase location around 1:30pm on a Tuesday. I signed up to see a banker. 2 or 3 other people also waiting. No one greeted me or anyone else waiting. One of the customers waiting left after a few minutes. I waited a few minutes more and left also. A few bank employees looked at the people waiting but they didn't seem happy to see us. A bigger bank with more employees would do well in this location. This section of retail stores facing Avalon Blvd is probably the busiest retail parking lot in Carson.

::I have been banking with Chase since before it was Chase. This location is the closest to my home. Never have I experienced this type of horrible service. Jimmy Wakimoto was the most rude, and condescending Chase employee I’ve ever encountered. Granted I know I wasn’t held against my will, but I was there to acquire about important information that I needed assistance with. If you’re thinking of speaking to someone about a loan at this branch DON’T!!!!
