  The Manager bank don’t care how long is the line but still open 2 windows only instead they have 5 windows need to open , so we have to wait the line long time , the manager should be look up what’s going on, and take care the business or replace the manager asap thanks

  So rude and not good for buisiness! I work for a business and they will always give you change at the buisiness drive up window. This employee said I had to come inside for change. It's not true she was just lazy and didn't want to do her job!

  This bank lies to get you to open an account after they open it you will fined out that. They told me that a payroll check from a Wells Fargo account going into my Wells Fargo account would be available that day. Then I fined out that if you deposit a payroll check they hold the whole thing. They don't free up any of it. Then the customer service line told me it would be available on Monday which it wasn't went to the branch to fined out only to be told not till Tuesday. This bank held my payroll check for 4 days. What bank holds a payroll check from there own bank for 4 days? The customer service is horrible as well. Don't open any accounts with any Wells Fargo, you will regret it.

  At This Brunch , bad Service The employee unprofessional , I try to talk to the manager , the manager bad like the employee , as a Business member I will never go to this Brunch and maybe close the account with this bank .
