::I was finally able to get the cashier’s check I needed to pay my rent. It was so quick and easy. They were nice and helpful. They have the options for those who are in the credit union network to bank here.

::First time coming here. ATM is completely out of cash. Never coming here again. Pretty useless ATM on a weekend. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. I can see all the other reviews are very poor. Not a good sign. I definitely plan on not coming here ever again.

::This location is ridiculous. I knew it wasn’t right when the guy told me I had to have an appointment to open up an account!!! It was not busy at all. A teller was available, there was no line, and a banker was in her office without a customer. I went in at 9:30am and was told I would have to set an appointment for later that day to open an account. Update- I called the number on google maps for this location and was told I didn’t need an appointment and just walk in and that’s what I did. They don’t close for another 2 hours and I was told I can’t be helped today…. Hmmm interesting!! Racist…. Or something. And yes other minorities can be racist.

::I have both personal and business accounts with this bank. The institution overall isn't bad but this location off Mississippi and Abilene terrible!!! They should close down this location due to the employees working there. Everyone I go into this location I get bad attitudes, no help with issues, and to top it off one of there bankers Jasmine Merida was very disrespectful when I had way too many overdraft fees in such a short time span. Any other location would have refunded and gave a smile. This last told me it was not a bank error but a user error. Your lucky I'm in a decent mood this afternoon. On another day I brought an issue to the bank manager Dawn Marie Davis. I got zero help again, total disrespect, and a bad attitude. I will keep my accounts active for one reason. The other locations are extremely friendly and always helpful. But whoever wins the institution needs to re evaluate who runs that location. I will never go to this location again!!!!
