::my review is a bit late but this branch is amazing! my primary bank had to freeze my accounts due to fraudulent charges the day before i was due to fly out on my trip. they had no solutions for me. I came to this branch and Karla, AL, and Tracey were so helpful! they saved my day because they were able to get me set up with a debit card the same day as well as went above and beyond to help me set up my online profile as well as get connected to my other account so I can zelle myself money. I cannot express my gratitude to this bank for having the necessary resources to help instead of simply telling me there was no solutions. This branch is always good to me when I come in. everyone is on it and I'm very grateful for the assistance I got.

::I financed a car through Bellco. In 2022 I moved to a state that requires the actual, original title be sent to the state DMV. It’s been six whole months of dealing with Bellco’s inability to send me/my new DMV the title. They sent me a copy. No. They sent me a form saying they don’t have it. ?? No. They sent me another copy. No. They finally said they’ll request it from Colorado DMV (after 4 months!) and send a paper copy. No. I have to call every week, every single week, and ask for an update. And every week there is some reason why someone else forgot to do what they told me they’d do last week. At this point I can’t drive my car because my Colorado tags expired and my new state said they need the title. But you bet I still have monthly payments to Bellco. They’re latest answer is they’re mailing *me* the title so I can mail it to my state DMV. I’ll believe it when I see it. I’d bet my next car payment I get a copy.
