::BEWARE!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR DRY CLEANING BUSINESS TO WARDROBE CLEANERS After giving my dry cleaning business to Wardrobe Cleaners for over 2 years where I spent $75 - $100 each month I will be taking my business elsewhere after the way I was just treated by the owner. I discovered a hole about 2 inches wide in the sleeve of my $100 dress shirt which is only one year old. When I brought it to the attention of the owner and he told me it was because the material was worn out. This is on a dress shirt that still looked brand new except for the hole in the sleeve that was obviously damaged by one of their machines! He only offered to "patch" it or make it into a short sleeve shirt which I was shocked that was how he chose to deal with the situation and treat me as a loyal customer! He should have offered to replace it or at the very least given me a discount on my monthly dry cleaning bill where I spend almost $100 each month! I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere to one of his competitors that actually cares about their customers. I find it amazing that he so easily let a loyal customer go who spent over $1000 each year with him and had referred him new business. DO NOT GIVE YOUR DRY CLEANING BUSINESS TO WARDROBE CLEANERS!!!
