  I got two sweaters cleaned, but when i picked them up both smelled strongly of cleaning solvent to the point where it was unpleasant to wear them. No improvement after a month of airing them out, so I took them back asking for help. They did not offer to try again or help remove the smell... essentially showed me the door and said “try somewhere else”.

  They did such a wonderful job!! I had my pants altered and I am happy with the way I feel and look in them. Fast and kind service is a plus!
