  They take forever to answer a phone or to come to the window on the drive thru. Need more staff!!

  I had been satisfied until recently. I asked for a pharmacist to answer some questions I had about a medication. A young man whom I had not seen before came out. I asked my question. He read to me the label on the medication and did not appear to make any attempt to understand either my question or my concerns. Neither did he seem to have knowledge about the medication about which I was inquiring and didn't seem to care. I did not need anyone to read to me the label on the medication; I was perfectly capable of reading it myself. I will not use the pharmacy department at this location again,
