::I have used this CVS for over a decade. Sometimes without a hassel and other times where I was denied normal services due to being unliked by an employee. For ex. I purchased a product, among many others, that I did not end up using and tried to return it. So each day id stop in the morning and try to return it with receipt and all and they’d give me some excuse why they couldn’t. After trying 4-5 times I gave up. Until I happened to stop there at night. There was a whole different staff working so i got the product out of my car, asked to get my money back and the teller said “sure” and handed me my $20 or so. I also used to use their pharmacy. Every month was the same routine, until all of a sudden things started changing. Id puck up scripts on the same day each month and now I have to wait longer for some but not others. Now one perscription I am on needs to be taken daily or else you will feel extremely ill and one could result in death! The day before the script was scheduled to be filled I called ahead to make sure because I had taken my last dose (i would check frequently, around twice a month, perhaps that’s why the Pharmacist seemed to not like me) She told me- Yup tomorrow it will be all set. So tomorrow came but the script didn’t. They hadn’t checked to make sure they had my script in stock, which they did not. So now Im panicking. I call them, and the Pharmacist tells me that if I want to get it today Id have to find a place that had it. He kindly called another nearby CVS for me and told me that they have it. Im like Few! Only problem is I have to have my Dr. send a new script to them. He does and eventually I get a automated text saying the same thing that first CVS said. That they dont have my script in stock. So I call them they point the finger at this CVS so I call them and they tell me they cant do anything for me, sorry, bye. and hang up. Im like what!?!?!?! They messed up the script, Ive been a customer for over a decade and now they could care less if I fall ill or even get my script. The least they could do is help me solve the problem they caused. In fact they could have even just gave me enough for 2 days until the order came in. But nope. If you deal with a pharmacist there avoid the large butchy woman. She’s the one who seemed to take an unliking to me, told me my script would be ready, and said she couldnt help me at the end.

::You can tell this is not your usual CVS store the minute they answer the phone ("Hi, this is CVS where the customer comes first!") I've never heard that greeting at any other store. We had ordered a photo book at another CVS store but their printer was out of order so they relayed the order to the Arlington store. However, not all the photos printed so we reordered. After some protests about the first order being short of photos, the store manager drove to the location of the family get together (the father had died and the photos were to commemorate his life) to deliver the photo book in person. Now that's service!! We later discovered that we had misinterpreted the instructions and the missing photos were actually our fault and not the store's. We will exclusively do our business at this CVS in the future!!!
