  Noah was a great help today beyond expectations. Very knowledgeable and customer service top notch. All my questions were answered. I know I can go back to him for all my cell phone needs!

  I had a great experience in this store. Nobody sells phones in the Mahopac area quite like Bryan C. I came in a blank slate, totally unaware of what phone would work best for me given my needs. Bryan listened carefully and suggested a great Android phone that has been working like a charm. I suppose you can compare his phone-selling abilities to the hockey executive abilities of Lou Lamoriello, new President of the New York Islanders; that is to say-- fantastic.

  My husband and I, both in our seventies, and hardly " tech-savvy", visited this location yesterday. We were warmly greeted, and superbly assisted by tech salesman Noah. For over one hour, he deftly navigated us through our I phone issues, while exhibiting incredible patience, knowledge, and a totally engaging sense of humor. Needless to say, all of our issues were addressed, and brought to a most satisfying conclusion. Noah and his colleagues, Bryan and John( also excellent) represent what the retail industry should be, and are often not. We both highly recommend Verizon Mahopac for your phone needs.

  Can't say enough about this store. All of the employees I spoke to were out of this world personable including the salesman who helped me, Bryan. He extended to me common courtesies not often seen in retail these days and it was very much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.

  I had a great experience at this Verizon location. I came in on two occasions : the first visit I was helped by Noah. He understood what I needed and helped me pick the phone that best fit those needs. He was very patient and answered all my questions . Second visit Noah was with a customer. Devon helped me out. What a pleasure that was. He was also very patient with me and took time to explain everything to me. Not only were both Noah, and Devon knowledgeable but they were also genuinely nice people. Would definitely go back again.
