::I come here often because I work nearby. The people here are quite amazing. They know a lot about the products that they have an about incoming products. I don't have to ask too many questions because they already have the answers before I even bother asking. The people there are very nice and I always look forward to coming in. I cannot wait till I get my Xbox One X here!

::Went to the GameStop in JV Mall. They close at 9:30. I wanted to do a return. A short stocky guy about 5 foot 5 was helping me. I got there at around 8:50. I wanted to do a return or exchange. He was rushing me by telling that if you want to do this then let’s do it now. Then he told me that he couldn’t give me the money back for online warranty order? I know it’s been done before. I left for a few minutes and went back to get his name. It’s now 9:08pm. They already lock the doors. Not helpful at all. I don’t think I want to do business with people like that.

::Every time I visit this location I am disappointed. The last time I made a purchase, the store manager automatically charged me for the warranty on the game disc instead of asking me. When I went in to get my money back he rudely said, "well I asked you and you said yes, you just weren't paying attention." I'm not one to play on my phone - so that excuse could have worked for someone else, but not me. Then I visited again and asked him a question, he answered it then walked away to call another store manager. He was complaining about covering another store and said he hoped he didn't get stuck there because he didn't agree on a transfer. Then he said how he was mad at "Meghan" because she got a raise to go to Poughkeepsie when he wanted to go there... but they wouldn't give him a raise. Maybe because you suck at life, buddy. Pay attention to your customers and maybe try to SELL something ethically.
