::This place stinks. Want bad customer service? Then come on over to T-mobile of the Jefferson Valley Mall. I would give 0 stars if I could. Hope you're sitting down because I have a long story for you. First, I walked in with my friend to look at phone cases, and this woman walked up to me and said that we had to leave because we needed to have an adult present. Let it be known that I was 14 at the time. Then my friend and I walked by and my friend whispered to me "go Verizon." Then around ten minutes later, we were in Spencer's which is across the hall. When we walked out, a t-mobile worker walked out and treated us like criminals, and state "you two need to stop or I'm getting security and have you guys kicked out." To which my friend responded with "I'm sorry" and I said "what did we do wrong" and he didn't answer. Considering we were extremely ticked off, we decided to go back and ask him what we did about 15 minutes later. Let it also be known that he is the manager, yet his employees were working at the store while he was chatting in lenscrafters when we returned. One of the employees was able to get his attention and have him come over to the store. My friend asked why did he get mad over something little. He was extremely rude and acted like we were airheads. He said to us pointing to the store "you see this. This is a business." Also bringing when my friend said "go Verizon." but changed her word and said Verizon is better. First of all, we're freaking teenagers. Who on earth would just up and change their mind to go to Verizon instead of t-mobile just because she said "go Verizon." He had some real anger issues, and probably freaked out on us because no one really shops in that store. Trust me if you want good service, just go to at&t down the hall. Don't waist your time with these banshees.

::I had to come to this store for several times because I got my phone from here and this one is the closest store from my place. Okay. The staffs were very very very unprofessional. First off, they are very slow and lazy. They joke around each other too much and don't take care of customers in the line. Whenever I come here, I always feel that staffs have very bad attitudes. They are very arrogant and grumpy; it seems like they look down on customers. Some of them even smell like weed and their eyes seem to lose focus. I am not a racist, but I gotta say this; African American staffs working here need to change their attitude. Seriously. I will never come back here. Don't go to this store.

::Every time I go there's a problem that could have prevented with honesty and actually knowing their job. The first time I went there, it was to switch from Verizon. They had a deal going on where when you add to your plan (I was being added to my fiance's plan) where you get unlimited 4glte they put us down for 4 gb limit. Then they were supposed to enroll us in the buy one get one galaxy s8. They said 6-8 weeks and that they at the store would take care of the paperwork. It took me almost 4 months to get the credit for the phone because they did not do what they said they would. I spent a approximately 12 hours over the course of several days and visiting another t-mobile store in order to correct all of the mistakes they have made. Which brings me to my most recent attempt with them. I lost my s8 and needed to replace it. I asked if I could get everything that was saved in various clouds including and I even stressed this...stuff that was saved on the Samsung cloud because to my knowledge you can only access that cloud with solely Samsung devices. They assured me that I could in fact access everything with this LG phone including my Samsung cloud items. This was a lie. Yet again I had to spend about 2 hours with customer service otherwise I would have been charged a restocking fee for a phone that I wouldn't have bought with correct information. Along with another fee for "upgrading" my phone which customer care is also having waived. Lastly professionalism does not exist here. Josue (I believe that was his name or something close to it) constantly talks and runs around the store in a very loud manner, all while you're trying to understand and buy items that cost a few hundred dollars. Then after you say you don't want something he will sit there and ask why? In a very childish fashion. After around 5 -10 minutes he will give up, then, when you state you do not want insurance on the phone they say you cannot leave the store without the insurance. I checked with customer care, turns out at no surprise t-mobile has no such policy and that is also a lie. While two of the employees were arguing (Josue and one other) the manager just stood there, laughed and did nothing. When customers are in the store this kind of behavior should not be tolerated. All in all I have nothing positive to say about this place. They need to work on every aspect of customer service.

::Rated a 4 only because I spent hours there waiting for my phone to transfer information Would have been a 5. Staff was very nice. They seem to do their best with the equipment they have and support from T-Mobile. If you are switching phones give yourself plenty of time , be patient and remember they are multi tasking at times trying to take care of everyone.
