  This place is despicable. My boyfriend called today bc he needed an appointment asap... for a reevaluation. While he was deployed he suffered multiple traumatic brain injuries and suffers from PTSD and well as a list of other ailments. The guy on the phone basically refused to make him an appointment and said “well you haven’t gone so therpahy in years- so you must be alright now”. Then goes on about how he was in the Air Force- how is that even relevant? You take a job to help and advocate for veterans and your a veteran yourself- but you have a disgusting attitude and no willingness to help. We will be filing a complaint about this man and hopefully we will find a V.A. that won’t refuse him an appointment and tell him to “go to queens”.
