::Really bad experience. I tried to get 2 20 dollar bills that were very old exchanged for newer 20s since nobody will take them. I explained that my bank is not in the area as I just moved here as I was in the service. They did not accept it because I am not a member there. I was looking for a bank to join as Im new to the area, but it definitely will not be Valley Bank.

::Convenient location with great customer service. Looks like they have lollipops for the kids and coffee for the adults to have while you wait. That said, I've never had to wait more than a minute as there's a quick turnaround. Very happy to bank here.
