  I can honestly speak from personal experience. If you want a home mortgage, PNC bank in clifton is NOT the place for you. My loan officer was terminated. No call for 3weeks. I had to call the terminated loan officer to find out he no longer worked there! Clock was ticking, closing dates came and went. Two days before trying to close for the third time, the new loan officer text me for an H.R. contact. He literally threw that on my lap last minute. He claimed PNC employment verication department, was having trouble. I could have went to another mortgage broker and closed on the house if PNC would have not strung me along. SIDE NOTE: YOU CANT JUST START ANOTHER LOAN PROCESS WITH ANOTHER BROKER UNLESS YOUR CURRENT BROKER GIVES YOU A DENIAL LETTER. ITS A DIRTY GAME AND PNC IS ABSOLUTLY HEARTLESS ABOUT IT! They held me hostage with promises and reassurrance that they could close. They were dishonest with me, unfair and without integrity. Needless to say I lost the deal. The house was put back on the market. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER APPLYING FOR A MORTGAGE WITH AND ESPECIALLY PNC BANK or any bank. They have screwed so many people in the past and paid out millions and millions of dollars in settlements..especially to minorities....now they have no room to wiggle. They have tighter guide lines to adhere to....That means they will waste your time and money but not telling you the truth. . GO DIRECTLY TO A PRIME LENDER OR MORTGAGE BROKER PLEASE. WORST BANK ON THE EARTH......SERIOUSLY....DONT DO IT Im even force to give them one star if I want my review posted

  Great service. Answered all our questions. We were very satisfied. They had coffee and tea available for us while we waited for an associate to attend to us. :)
