::I was a victim of bank fraud. Somebody deposited a check for $696 I mailed to a business into a fraudulent account. I went to the bank and Ruth the manager took my information and we filled out a fraud affidavit. She told me it would be one or two weeks to hear back from the fraud department, after two weeks I called her and she said she still waiting to hear back from them. Another two weeks went by and I finally called TD Bank main number and they told me that this should’ve been handled in 3 to 5 business days. I called Ruth and left a message, she didn’t call me back so I called her again she told me she’d have to look through email and she would call me back and she has not called me back yet. Terrible customer service.

::there is female teller at the drive thru that always shuts off her speaker after saying hi how are you today. you reply good can i get a slip for.... yup dont wast your time people. she won't hear you. she never waits for a response after her greeting. so you expect a response but never get one so then you need to press the button to get her back.

::If I could rate this bank a 0 stars, I would. I made a cash deposit at the ATM, and it went through, however when I checked online 90% of it was "On Hold," even though I deposited all cash, and cash deposits should be available immediately. I called the bank branch, and they made me drive all the way back. Customer service rep was useless, had a typing at a speed of about 1 word/minute. Wasted 2 hours of my time, and she told me the cash I deposited wouldn't be available until Monday (Deposited Friday). Least convenient bank. (Btw don't even think about calling the customer service number, it'll pit you on hold for 30+ minutes).
