  The person that called me back pretended they couldn't hear and hung up. This is tax payer funded, an absolute disgrace of an institution.

  This post office is garbage. My package was marked delivered but didn't show up for 2 days. When I came looking for it they said it was delivered to the wrong address and that they would have it "re-delivered." I asked what that meant, like they'll knock on the wrong address's door and ask for it back?? They just kept saying it'll get re-delivered, and told me to come back if it doesn't show. Three business days go by and nothing. I came in again and waited more than 30 minutes for them to look it up, just to tell me it's lost and to file a claim. Such absolute incompetence.

  Started having to have my important documents shipped to my sisters house since mail sent to me from work has gone missing about 3x now. It arrived to her house perfectly fine first try so not on my job. Even though I registered my address with the official usps website and talked to this office about how I live here and my mail has been going missing, I still have things that go missing and get my mail delivered to me with a question mark next to my name as if it’s impossible that someone can move. I’ve been living here and receiving mail here since May and it’s really frustrating. I thought maybe it would have happened once or twice and they would have gotten the memo that I live here but I guess 4 months of living here isn’t enough?

  UPDATE: I initially rated this facility badly (1-star) three years ago. However, they have significantly improved their capabilities in that time. My mail arrives to the correct address and I have not received my neighbor's mail in years. I have gone in person to send numerous packages through this facility and they have helped me mail everything I need to in a timely fashion. If a line builds up, it is only because myself and ten other people all decided to mail packages around lunch. Even then, the line moved smoothly.

  Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind staff. Contrary to other reviews I have never had issues. To try and sell other materials to add on to purchase cost is simple business ethics and this post office executes that in the most professional way. Due to the size of this office I would check their up to date crowd meters to adjust your time in which you visit if you do not want to wait.
