::I asked for a stamp for my letter and got told no because my envelope wasn't sturdy enough

::Always rude.. always seem to be in a bad mood! Never going back there again. I always felt uneasy because of their attitude but went there this time again because it is close to me. I asked if I could use their tape so I can seal my package. Owner (lady) asked me what kind of box and detail questions and when I said I wanted to use the certain kind, she said I didn’t need tape for that but I needed for my labels (printed at home). But she acted like it was such a big deal for using her tape. Then she charges me $11 even tho. The packed said it was $6 something. I asked for what, she said it was because it was heavier.. I believed it and went home. Later, Noticed she charged me for insurance even thought I had not asked for that.

::This afternoon I visited this location to purchase postage stamps and two birthday cards. I witnessed the Asian gentleman who was checking patrons out being extremely courteous to the two patrons in front of me who were Caucasian. When I approached the checkout area, he looked at me and said “yeah.”.. I said pardon me, are you okay Sir?... he proceeded to give me an unwarranted attitude. Then he demanded that I pay for my purchase with cash even after the two people in front of me paid with their cards. I left there hurt and had to be consoled by my dad. With the condition the world is in, kindness is the most valuable currency. Unfortunately, today I was slighted.

::I've lived in the Carlyle area for awhile now, and this CPU is incredibly convenient. The owners are friendly & helpful, and it has everything I need to mail my parcels, package stuff up, or purchase a few cards when necessary. I'm grateful to have them in the neighborhood!

::If I could give 0 star, I would totally. Their service is VERY BAD (i would say S word) and I have never left a comment on anywhere but this USPS was the worst I have ever encountered. The owner is SO UNFRIENDLY and AGGRESSIVE. He made me buy a stamp just to cover their $8 minimum fee ( i said I did not want it but he processed it anyways and made me purchase it. Apparently the stamp and postage is not refundable.) I do not expect him to smile or anything but his behavior was so aggressive that I felt like I was threatened to buy the stamp and process sending the package. Nothing good about this USPS.
