  The people working there are the worst. They are rude and disrespectful. I was helped out by Debbie and she was just getting an attitude with me and was just really trying to brush me off without listening to the information that I was told from the moment that I started talking to her. Truly unprofessional.

  Since I moved recently, I have to come pick up my packages that can't fit in my mailbox here. So far it's not been unpleasant. A little slow at times, but I guess that is every post office (i'm a daughter of a postal worker so don't @ me). The staff seems decent and helpful for the most part. When I go up, i usually just have to give them my ID and address and get my stuff really quick. There's plenty of street parking (meter), and they have handicap entrance (a lift on side of building) and parking. There's two entrances with steps on either end of building. They have post office boxes, you can buy shipping supplies as well. I normally go in the mid-afternoon, trying to not get the lunch crowd. I've not been longer than 15mins - and that was only once when there was only one person at the window.

  I just had one of the nicest and best assistance from a staff person in my life at the Middle Street post office in Bridgeport! 🌞🙌 The parking is tricky (either scarce or card-only meters) but if you get there early on a weekday, it can be a truly memorable experience. The building is a historic landmark and some staff are exceptionally professional. 👏👏

  We came here yesterday a couple minutes late for my mom passport application appointment, although they didn’t have no one on line; they insisted we reschedule for another day. We did reschedule for today but today we are 20 minutes earlier and again there’s no on on the line but they don’t want to serve us so we are sitting until it’s exactly 9:45. While they are chilling and gossiping.

  Went in for a passport application here for the first time. Ms.Ryan( I apologize if I misspell the names) was so wonderful and had a great attitude. My child never sits still for photos but with her he was very well behaved and sat still for his passport photo. Ms.Anna was also very kind and helpful, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here after reading previous reviews.
